A thorough review of existing DataCap applications will be conducted to identify and resolve any compatibility issues with the upgraded software version.
Production Deployment and Go-Live:
The final phase involves deploying the upgraded software in the production environment and ensuring that all components are functioning properly. Tech-Hub will ensure a smooth go-live with minimal downtime.
Post Go-Live Support:
Tech-Hub will provide remote support for seven tickets over a six-month period post go-live, offering troubleshooting and resolution for any issues that arise.
