Challenges

The project has to main purposes; the first is to help the Strategic Affair and Performance Management Department efficiently develop strategic and operational plans and reducing the time and effort required to gather the data required for the calculation of the KPIs which track the performance of the developed plans.
The second purpose of the project is to create a single source of truth for the data that is properly cleaned and cataloged, which would allow accurate and consistent reporting for effective data-driven decision making.

solution brief

Tech-Hub will implement Rabdan Academy’s Strategy & Performance Management Solution which will be used to:

Develop Rabdan Academy’s Strategic Plan and Strategy Map.
Manage, monitor, and report on Key Performance Indicators on strategic and operational levels.
Manage and report the implementation of Rabdan Academy’s administrative, educational, and support services divisions’ assessment cycles, including the alignment of divisional objectives with Rabdan Academy’s strategic goals.
Set, measure, monitor, and report all defined components of an assessment method/learning outcome including expected outcomes, enabling strategies, use of results, trend analysis, lessons learned, and action plans.

Tech-Hub will also implement a Data Warehouse and Data Management Solution which will be used to:

Establish a centralized data warehouse with knowledge insights capability.
Automate the data ETL, data cleansing, and, archiving process.
Establish a data management and cataloging process.
Enforce data security and governance roles.
Data visualization and BI reporting system.
