    1. Process Engine and Workflow Upgrade:
      As part of the CPE upgrade, the Tech-Hub team will update the process engine, workflows, and FileNet APIs to the latest version, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
    2. DataCap Compatibility Check:
      A thorough review of existing DataCap applications will be conducted to identify and resolve any compatibility issues with the upgraded software version.
    3. Production Deployment and Go-Live:
      The final phase involves deploying the upgraded software in the production environment and ensuring that all components are functioning properly. Tech-Hub will ensure a smooth go-live with minimal downtime.
    4. Post Go-Live Support:
      Tech-Hub will provide remote support for seven tickets over a six-month period post go-live, offering troubleshooting and resolution for any issues that arise.

    • IBM DataCap: From version 9.1 to 9.1.9.
    • P8 Content Platform Engine (CPE): From version 5.2.1.7 to the latest 5.5.x version.
