Sales Operations Executive- IT Cloud Infrastructure & Networking

About the Job

In this role, you will act as the operational backbone of our commercial team, directly supporting sales leaders to optimize operational efficiency and maintain strict compliance while executing joint go-to-market partnerships for a newly launched competency center around leading OEMs and vendors. This is an opportunity to streamline the processes behind large-scale Cloud Infrastructure and Networking solutions, ensuring our teams deliver impactful technology infrastructure for market-leading organizations.

Core Responsibilities
  • Tender & Portal Governance: Own the end-to-end submission of RFPs on client portals, including the coordination and issuance of bank bid bonds and performance guarantees.
  • OEM & Channel Operations: Manage all partner deal registrations and track, claim, and reconcile backend rebates and partner incentives to protect company margins.
  • Commercial Back-Office: Oversee the operational workflow for invoicing and collections, ensuring timely billing and tracking outstanding receivables alongside finance.
  • Sales Enablement & CRM: Maintain strict CRM hygiene, pipeline data accuracy, commercial forecasting, and operational tracking to optimize sales team efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Coordinate between sales, legal, and delivery teams to ensure compliance and smooth navigation through the contract approval process.
  • Campaign Administration: Provide logistical and operational backend support for localized marketing initiatives and alliance-driven campaigns.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-4 years of proven experience in sales operations, commercial support, or business development coordination within the technology sector.
  • Domain Expertise: Commercial familiarity with IT software, hardware, cloud, and networking product categories, including vendor licensing models and pricing structures.
  • Location Requirements: Must be fully willing to relocate to Dubai immediately upon visa issuance (Remote work from outside the UAE is not permitted).
  • Process Management: Experience managing the operational backend of end-to-end enterprise cycles, including bid coordination and contract administration workflows.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline; an MBA or equivalent Master’s degree is a distinct advantage.
  • Tools & Systems: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data formatting) and experience working with corporate CRM platforms is a nice to have. (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a strong ability to coordinate across cross-functional internal and external teams.
  • Mindset & Drive: A highly structured, process-driven professional with an approachable, relationship-focused personality and high emotional intelligence who excels at collaborating across teams to optimize workflows.
