Business Development Executive-IT Cloud Infrastructure & Networking

About the Job

We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Executive to join our team in Dubai. This is a hybrid role based permanently in Dubai, UAE.

In this role, you will drive revenue growth for Tech-Hub’s Information Systems solutions across the UAE and Middle East. You will focus on hunting greenfield enterprise accounts, generating new business, and developing strategic joint go-to-market partnerships for a newly launchedcompetency center around leading OEMs and vendors. This is an opportunity to influence large-scale Cloud Infrastructure, Networking solutions, and deliver impactful technology infrastructure for market-leading organizations.

Core Responsibilities
  • New Client Acquisition: Drive greenfield enterprise and commercial client acquisition across the UAE and Middle East.
  • Account Hunting: Expand relationships within market-leading organizations through consultative selling of complex Cloud Infrastructure and Networking solutions.
  • Alliance Management: Build and maintain strategic partnerships with OEMs and Vendors to create joint go-to-market opportunities.
  • Bid Management: Own the development of commercial proposals, complex RFP responses, and regional market strategies.
  • End-to-End Sales Cycle: Manage the entire sales journey including client discovery, solution alignment, and commercial negotiations supported by our legal and delivery teams.
  • Pipeline Governance: Maintain accurate sales pipeline data, CRM hygiene, forecasting, and tracking against growth objectives.
  • Marketing Support: Support localized marketing initiatives and alliance-driven lead generation campaigns.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3–5 years of proven technology sales or business development experience with a verifiable track record in enterprise account acquisition.
  • Domain Expertise: Solid understanding of Information Technology Software, Hardware products, Cloud Platforms, Core Networking, Server, and Storage solutions.
  • Location Requirements: Must be fully willing to relocate to Dubai immediately upon visa issuance (Remote work from outside the UAE is not permitted).
  • Deal Closing: Experience managing full end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, including solution design coordination and complex contract negotiation.
  • Tech Familiarity: Knowledge of digital transformation initiatives, workflow automation, and customer experience platforms.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline; an MBA or equivalent Master’s degree is a distinct advantage.
  • Communication: Exceptional presentation skills and relationship-building capabilities in English.
