The detailed activities of the above scope are as follow:

1. Upgrading IBM ECM:

• Conducting a business analysis workshops across ADGM departments to capture the content details. such as:

• • Document Classification
  • Security access rights, metadata, search templates, document control, etc.

2.  Document Control, which covers the following:

• Configure the platform to support ADGM to define their document control policies and to support the business users with their needs of storing, securing, searching, and retrieving documents.

3. Correspondence Management Solution Implementation:

• Full implementation of the correspondence management system across all business departments General Services) enabling capture, manage and store all correspondences, and to automate the outgoing and incoming correspondence.

4. Integrate the ECM solution with ADGM ERP applications:

• Providing Multiple API’s based on the need of ADGM, these APIs will provide the required functionality of IBM ECM, on all levels (Content Engine, Process Engine).
